We know that building a new home can be intimidating. One of the biggest challenges in the construction of a new home is effective communication between the builder and the client. We began researching different ways to make our communication more effective. The result was the implementation of a new program called Co-Construct. This cloud-based program is designed to keep track of client selections and to provide space for a client to see change orders and ask questions that can be easily accessed by builder and sub-contractor.
